Berocca Performance Orange Effervescent Tablet is a specifically tailored vitamin and mineral supplement that is clinically proven to help enhance mental sharpness and physical energy throughout the day.

This specifically tailored formulation contains a unique combination of high dose B group vitamins with vitamin C and essential minerals, like calcium, magnesium and zinc added. Effervescent tablets are quickly absorbed, easy to take and help meet your daily water intake needs. The tablet contains no artificial stimulants or preservatives and has less than 0.1 g of sugar.

Active ingredients: 
Each tablet contains:
Thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) as thiamine phosphate acid ester chloride dihydrate 15mg;
Riboflavine (Vitamin B2) as riboflavine sodium phosphate 15mg;
Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 50mg;
Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) as calcium pantothenate 23mg;
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 10mg;
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 10mcg;
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 500mg;
Biotin (Vitamin H) 150mcg;
Folic Acid 400mcg;
Calcium (as calcium carbonate and calcium pantothenate) 100mg;
Magnesium (as magnesium carbonate and magnesium sulphate dihydrate) 100mg;
Zinc (as zinc citrate trihydrate) 10mg.

Has less than 0.1 g of sugar and contains no caffeine, gluten or artificial stimulants.

Directions: 
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet dissolved in a glass of water. Take daily or directed by your healthcare professional.

Contraindications and cautions:

  • Each tablet contains 274mg of sodium.
  • Contains aspartame.
  • Phenylketonurics are warned that this product contains phenylalanine.
  • Keep the tube tightly closed in a dry cool place. Store below 25°C.
  • Do not use if seal around the cap is broken or missing.

Ten months in and I have barely made a dent in this tub. Frustrating because you will be looking at this same tub for the foreseeable future with no end in sight. Great product, generational quantity. Buy it once, pass it down. One star deducted because I now have to figure out what to do with the remaining 18.5 ounces.

It's not glamorous but it works wonders - even while I am on Accutane!

This is the best, most luxurious lotion I have ever used. And the only lotion that I can even stand to be on my skin. I started Accutane (for acne) last year and was told that my skin would dry out horribly and that I needed to find a good moisturizer to limit the peeling and cracking that I would inevitably experience. Prior to the medicine my skin was oily and very acne prone and every lotion that I had tried either made me feel like I was wearing a latex suit or broke me out horribly. After doing some research I read that this was a great solution and figured I would give it a try. I started it out right away to try to avoid getting dry and was shocked at how well it worked. Even at the beginning when I was still oily this lotion never felt too heavy. Now don't get me wrong-it goes on like frosting and initially feels like a lot-but within minutes it soaks in and leaves your skin feeling like a little kids (not the sticky kind of little kid though-the good clean little kids with undamaged skin). It will last for days too. No need to reapply because it has soaked in to your skin and doesn't just sit on the surface. My skin has never been this soft. And here I am, nearly 9 months in to my Accutane medication regimen and I am not flaking or peeling. In fact, my skin has never looked better or more healthy. My doctors are shocked at how my skin has stayed moisturized because nearly everyone peels. And it doesn't break you out which is obviously something super important. Now, could I be an anomoly? Maybe, but I don't think so. I honestly think this lotion is Just. That. Good! The price isn't bad either!
